I am married 13 years ago. Healthy male of 46 yrs.I was enjoying normal sex. Cordial marital relationship and we have 4 kids. But, last 5 yrs i am not able to feel the climax during intercourse. If your erection is normal some other factors such as partner related or psychogenic causes may be interfering your orgasmic experience which needs to be evaluated.

A few people got congenital curvature or deviation of penis which may not be abnormal. If your curvature is developed recently and there is pain during erections you need to consult a doctor immediately.

Inadequate strength during penetration may be due to several reasons. Mainly it depends on the blood flow to the penis. Psychogenic matters can also effect the same. Your problem needs to be evaluated first to differentiate between a psychogenic and vascular ED, depends on the finding it can be treated.
