There is effective treatment and erectile dysfunctiona and premature ejaculation but there is no treatment to increase the penile size.

i have done semen test and the count is showing 32 millions but in the required amount it should be between 60 - 120 Millions. how to improve this ? is this the reason 2 of my babies got aborted after seeing heart beat for 12 and 16 days ?
Just by semen analysis alone we cannot arrive at a conclusion. You need to undergo a few more tests to find out what is the cause of your problem.
