Varicocelectomy is not a sugery perfoming on the penis. It is either inguinal or sub inguinal.

During sexual arousal there may be discharge of pre ejacualtory fluid in men which is usually normal.

Your problem is an erectile dysfunction either psychogenic or venogenic. We have to find out the exact cause and then treat it based on the findings. There is effective treatment.

I am not able to retract my foreskinof my penis back. When i enquire in net, I was found about a problem called phimosis. How can i solve this problem?
It can be coorected by a circumcission. We do a cosmetic circumcission in our hospital which is much better than the usual type circumcission.
Hi Doctor, Could you help me with a problem I have with my foreskin? My foreskin does not retract when erect. The glans are fully covered in the full state of erection. Hence when using a condom, the penis mearly slips inside the condom due to natural lubrication. Is there an option to perform a partial/Jewish circumcision? I would prefer the glans be covered with the foreskin when flaccid. Does Hygiene improve with such a circumcision? Will the glans which is very sensitive have problems due to regular rubbing on undergarments? Will circumcision cause problems for Masturbation as semen is simply ejaculates outside without the fore skin to hold it? As an alternative to circumcision, is there a way to select a condom that probably firmly holds the foreskin to the shaft? I have tried to use a micropore bandage to stick the foreskin in order to achieve the same results. However it just loosens up in the lube and drifts around inside the condom. I have heard of the galactic cap. However I doubt if it will enter Indian markets soon. Hope you can help me
