Sir, I am asking this formy omani friend. He is 21 yrs old. In an accident he had pelvis and urethral injury. He had done urethroplasty amd cystourethroscopy. Now on follow up in an urology clinic they told he was voiding well but c/o erectile dysfunction. Doctors told the absent of erection is possibly due to trauma, pelvic hematoma and scarring. Some of the minor deviations and curvatures are normal. If the curvature is of a recent origin and associated with pain or if it is increasing you need to consult a doctor and there is effective treatment for the same.Peyronies disease is one of the causes for developing penile curvatures.

It appears that you got an erectile dysfunction. There is possibility of different causes such as changes inside the penis due to diabetes mellitus / side effect of certain medications / hormonal abnormalities / problem with blood flow etc. One need to identify the cause first and then plan the treatment accordingly. Only by a proper evaluation we can see whether medicines will be effective in your case. If medicines are effective it can be treated with medicines. It is not advisable to take viagra or that group of medicines without a proper physical evaluation as it got a lot of side effects. It may be dangerous to take such medications at this age especially when you are suffering from different medical problems.
