I am 57 years old male.My problem is erectile dysfunction and diabetic also.Is there any solution
Chronic diabetes mellitus is one of the most common causes of erectile dysfunction.It is quite possible that some diabetogenic changes might have occurred in the corpus cavernosum inside the penis which can lead to an erectile problem. It has to be evaluated first and the treatment should be planned based upon the findings. In certain cases medicines may be effective. In such instances it can be treated with a combination of medication. In other cases where medicines are not effective surgery is the only answer and it is the best as well as a life long remedy. In your case it can be planned only after the evaluation.
I hav ed for past 2 year, i took sildenafil to get errection, i am fed up with taking these pills, i want a permanent cure, if i go for a venous ligation or penile prosthesis, will it has long term success rate?will it affect fertillity?after surgery how much days takes to leave hospital? i am planning to consult you.pls reply
Both of these procedure are good. But about venous ligation we cannot predict the outcome without a proper evaluation. Penile prosthesis implant operation definitely give long term success rates.

Hi, doctor I was around 16 year old when I started masterbution and I got so involved with that I started doing it everyday and after days I started getting night falls and am stil facing this issue. Hi Doctor, I am 29 years old male. I think I had priapism before an year as my penis was half erect most of the time. So I used to masturbate regularly because of this. It is not sure that whether you had a priapism. But the pain during erections may be due to a condition called peyronies disease This can lead to ED. This is a treatable condition. Early intervention is better. So consult a doctor at the earliest.
