Pain may be due to trauma of penis caused by the excess tactile pressure applied during masturbation.Don t use too much pressure.Volume of semen will be minimum when you masturbate daily. You described about a bug like creature. It may be crab lice or some other parasites. Consult a skin specialist and take treatment.
