Dear Doctor, I am 31 year old 165 cms 74kgs, no known illness ,I hd pain frm downside of my right testis before six yrs and both testis were a little bit large and the coverd skin was loose. That time I was using two wheeler for more than 90 kms per day as my job needed it. I cnsltd a surgn and he opted surgery for it but as I reconslted a urologist he advised me to avoid bike journey and to use tight cotton under wears and also a course of medicines to use. Problem was solved gradually and the pain happened rarely. for the last 7 years I used to drink regularly[5 to 6 pegs] and smoke occasionally. I hv many sexual affairs with my girlfriends frm teanage onwrds and I hv enjoyed it at its maximum. For the last 1 year I obsrvd that the erected size is getting smaller and the ejaculation is happening suddently, as there was pain at front skin, I did circumcision a few months back,but now also the problem exists, my erected size was 15 cms 2 yrs bak and now its only 10 cms and a downward bend is showing at the time of erection which resists the penetration.at the time of ejaculation I feel a momentary pain from the down side of right testis like six years bak. Now I plan to get married and it is proposed in cmng Dec. I hv completely stopped drinking and smoking habits now.i wish to know that is it possible to get bak to my earlier stage like 2 year bak thru the treatment frm ur team.
