I am 27 years old and married for 3 years. My husband has Azoospermia(Non-obstructive). He was subjected to various procedures and found that there is no sperms. Donor sperm option was suggested. I could t digest this idea. We were on a break after that since I had to stay back in my home town to tend to my sick mother and he was in another state. .In the meanwhile, I got into an affair with another person. After sometime I understood that he is married and got a son. But he is willing to give moral support to me in the situation and he wanted to make me happy.I happily accepted it foolishly without understanding that he was simply exploiting me.We never had sexual intercourse.We met only twice.But, we had lot of "webcam misuse" and some oral sex when we met.I was passionate about him and didnt allow my husband to touch me while I was involved with him.I was completely turned off by my husband and turned on by the friend. After almost 7 - 8 months, he confessed that he was only exploited an opportunity he got. I was shattered and now, although i realized i acted impulsively and I actually love my husband a lot, I cant seem to think of having sex with my husband due to guilt feelings. It is terrible. Once when I became mad and lost control I told everything to my husband about all this. Though he got terribly upset, willing to forgive me. He told me it is partially his mistake too as he never used to initiates sex. Now even if he initiates, I am completely repelled to have sex with him or anyone. Rarely, I get orgasms from thinking about other men or even the old friend.What can i do to solve this only problem in our happily married life otherwise? I cant imagine that, we are wasting away our most active years without sex.I haven t had an intercourse since last one year.

Hi Sir, I am a 35year old male from Alappuzha District, currently working at Africa in the Oil & Gas Industry. The problem I am facing for more than 3 years is that I can not have a good errection for more than 5minutes. Even I am feeling loss of errection during intercourse with my wife. About three years ago both of us got infected after an intercourse during the last day of my wife s menstruation period. Doctor, I am 46 yrs old, married, two kids. Last one year suffering from ED. Last three months I am really struggling. Erection only 30-50% of what I experienced earlier. Also, unable to sustain that. A second attempt after a rest of even several hours not in my dream now a days. Working outside India. Consulted a Urologist here. Tests for Testosterone, TSH & lipid profile done. As per Dr only triglyceride is slightly above the limit. Advised regular exercise. Others are normal.He says I am normal and said there are some unexplained cases like this. He prescribed Sildenafil 50 mg to take one hr before.I tried and there is a difference. I mentioned to my Dr that this is not the cure I am looking for. As I am not happy with not finding any root cause for the problem, he suggested for a detailed check up in your clinic.
