Q: Doc,for past many months I see erection is not strong.sometimes eventough I have sexual urge its not getting erected..when I watch/read contents of sex I have erection.Erections and time was good before..I am undergoing process of divorce on grounds of cheatings from otherside ,I been undergoing lot pressure and pain inside for many months.How can I get a solution on this?I want to be normal and happy like before.
Erectile dysfunction is treatable. Treatment varies from sex therapy, medicines or surgery. It can be planned only after appropriate investigations and physical examination. Without this we are unable to give an opinion.

Usually night emission is not considered as a disease. When a boy reaches the adolescent age night emission begins as a sign of maturity. It indicates that he has achieved reproductive ability. The frequency is more till the age of 25 to 30 yrs, after that frequency decreases. If the person engages in regular masturbation or sexual contacts night emission may not occur very frequently. If there is any pain, burning sensation or discomfort after ejaculation there may be a chance for infection or inflammation of prostate gland or seminal vesicles. In such condition treatment is required.

Hi Sir, I am an unmarried 27 years old man from Cochin. I have a doubt regarding sex. My penis is covered by skin in the top and it is not coming easily towards back down the cup shaped. I forcefully pull it down to clean the cup. Last week when i had sex without condom the skin pulls down and it found more pain to have sex.Then i use condom and found no pain as the skin was on the top of the cup shape only. im suffering from herpes from year 1995 . married with 2 kids . i was very carefull in doing sex when outbreaks occurs and till now wife or kids are not infected. from 2007 onwards i got frequent urinary infections. and doubt im having prostate . did treatment for prostate. now for the past two years im having severe irritation and pain inside penis. when urinating and even after edaculation im having pain . im confucesd of what type of doctor i should consult. im having abdoman pain also. is it some other STD i dont know. can i get an appointment in your clinic . and i need privacy as im little scared is this any other sexual transmitted disesae.
