dear sir, i am 30. iam not a gay but unfortunately iam entered in oral sex with a gay in 2012 july, without condom and semen entered in my mouth and i spit the semon out..after that i took 3 time visa medial test.all test result was hiv negative.test took 2012 aug 2013 june,2015 june.After 2012 july i am not entered in sexual activites .place tell now iam safe or not?

Dear Doctor greeting of the day, I am 27 years old now and had undergone a surgery for varicocele when I was 19 and there was no pain or discomfort with my testis for the few years. Now small pain is there and always I feel too much discomfort, now I heard about varicocele embolization, is it helpful for my problem if I do embolization? What is the recovery time after embolization? What is the approximate expense for it in your hospital? Kindly advise me. Thanks

Sir, I am 29 m and suffering from ED for past 2 years. I just recently got married but i hav no relief for ED. I had consulted 3 urologists, has testicle scanned 2 times, checked testosterone twice, and all seems to be normal. But i am not able to keep an erection.Now a days my semen volume is also low if i try to masturbate. Since I am a bit far off, I would still like to consult you one fine day soon.Last urologist prescribed me cialis 10mg. But it failed on most of the occasions. Am pretty sure its not psychological as i was sexually overactive till lastyear. But now i dont get any erection naturally. Also even if i get, it becomes flacid on 3 seconds. There are two possibilities. Most probably this is a psychogenic ED. Sometmes medicine alone may not help in such conditions. But it can be effectively managed with sex therapy or a combination of sex therapy and medicines. Another possibility is that it may be due to a venous dysfunction. There is treatment for the latter also.
