Dear doctor, I am a married male 28 years. Prior to marriage I was more fascinated about mature women. All my masturbation fantasies were about mature ladies. Now i am married, definitely my wife is younger to me. Most of the time in bed, my younger wife doesnt excite me much sexually. over two years I suffered Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia with Acute Urinary Retention. Used Alfa Blockers over two years. i underwent Holmium Laser Enuncleation of Prostate under SA + EA in August 2015.. approximately 60cc prostate, high bladder neck, Trilobal Prostatomegaly. now feel better. but, I am unable to enjoy sex with my partner. I think you know what will be after such surgery. Please suggest a remedy. thanks
